A clean job with Internormen Filter
In order to ensure functionality of the hydraullic components and their high efficiency, cleanliness of the working fluid should at least correspond to class 18/16/13 in accordance with ISO 4406 or better. With today's filtration technology (Internormen), however, far better values can be achieved, which contributes essentially to prolonging the working cycle of hydrauc pumps and motors and the whole system.
Motrac Hydraulics and it's suppliers recommends to use only hydraulic fluids, which are confirmed by the oil supplier as suitable for the specific application. Some recommendations for oil brands and/or types are given with the downloads.(see hyperlinks, left)
Internormen Filters
Because of everyday use of an hydraulic system it is most likely that the hydraulic system will be polluted. Due to a filtration system damage to the hydraulic system will be reduced. To keep your hydraulic system in optimal shape you must change you filter element every once in a while. Hereby the filtration system will keep your hydraulic system clean.
By exchanging your filter elements you will reduce your downtime and this keeps your machines running longer without stops or even break downs.
